We are right now in the 4G world. We are using 4G technology to access the faster internet. 4G technology can provide download speeds of up to 100 Mbps. News regarding 5G technology is spreading like fire on the internet.
The 5G technology will be ready within 2020. Recently, ZTE unveiled a phone that supports 5G technology and is capable of catching the speed of up to 1GB Per second. Well, ZTE had unveiled this 5G ready phone on Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona.
ZTE unveiled Gigabit phone which is the first smartphone to support 5G technology and catch download speed of up to 1 gigabit per second which is almost ten times faster than current 4G services.
ZTE Gigabit phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which features X16 LTE Modem. This phone allows users to capture 360-degree panoramic Virtual Reality video and fast downloads of ultra Hi-Fi music and videos.
According to India today, the phone comes along with “4×4 MIMO antenna technology and 256-QM modulation to achieve speeds that aren’t even available on most routers meant for home use.”
ZTE Spokesman said “With the new device, the way people stay connected will be changed forever. Focusing on 5G technologies will be one of the key priorities of ZTE’s global development.”
