Sony Just Announced The World’s Fastest SD Card
Well, nowadays if we look around speed
is all that we need if we come to memory cards or flash drives and if
you are looking for the speed, then you are going to love Sony’s newest
offering in SD space.
According to Sony, their SF-G UHS-II SD
card feature is the fastest ever created. We can also say Sony’s SF-G
Series UHS-II cards will be fastest in the world. The card will feature
the read and write speed of 300MB/s and 299MB/s.
Sony Announcement reads “The quick write
speed supports maximum performance of digital imaging devices,
contributing to a longer continuous shooting of high-resolution images
with UHS-II supporting cameras. It also contributes to a shorter buffer
clearing time, so users never miss a critical moment.”
Apart
from the speeds, the Sony’s latest SD cards will be extremely reliable
and durable. The SD cards are waterproof, temperature resistant,
shockproof and X-Ray proof. Users will also get downloadable File rescue
software which allows for instant recovery of photos of videos.
Sony’s latest SF-G UHS-II SD cards will
be made available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage variants and the
company hasn’t mentioned anything regarding the price of these SD Cards.
However, it will be available in March 2017.
