I tried subscribing for it in one of my MTN lines last night and hurrah!!! It was successfully activated.

25 Naira only.

5GB Night Plan, (9PM – 6AM) Cost N1000
To Subscribe for any of the above limited night plans, simply dial the USSD *198# on your phone and after, please Choose 2 and then 8.
Each of the MTN night plans is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase.
MTN N25 for 500MB Night Data Plans
To Get MTN 500MB for N25, you must follow the follow procedure;
Your MTN sim must be on the MTN Pulse tariff plan. If you are not sure of your tariff plan, simply dial *123# to confirm which tariff plan you are on. To migrate to MTN pulse tariff plan, dial the code *406# on your MTN line.
Make sure you have a minimum of N30 in your phone
Sms NIGHT to 131 and you’ll get a message like this “Dear customer, you have successfully subscribed to Free Night Browsing between 00:00 and 04:00. N25 has been deducted from your account.”
Rock you data till day break but note that, you can only do this subscription on a SIM once every midnight.
Meanwhile, the method of activation and subscription still remains the same so to activate MTN night plan, migrate to MTN Pulse Tariff by dialing *406#
After that, sms NIGHT to 131 to activate 25Naira for 500mb night data plan.
