People Have Found A LEGITIMATE Way To Hide Porn On YouTube

Google is unintentionally becoming the largest provider of pirated videos in the world. Despite the company’s efforts to fight the posting and display of copyrighted content, a breach in YouTube is allowing third-party sites to use the service as a hosting platform for illegal videos.
For some time this practice was discovered, but, according to TorrentFreak recently begun to emerge adult sites who are also taking advantage of Google’s framework for hosting their illegal videos for more “cheap.”

The breach consists of uploading the videos on YouTube and setting them up as “private.” This way, the video is not publicly available on the platform, but can still be accessed by anyone through a link generated by YouTube itself. Videos are served directly by domain googlevideo.com, which makes it difficult to identify the copyright of the site rights protection system.
According to the TorrentFreak, the identification and removal of these videos by Google can take up to three weeks.

The Transparency Report Company also shows that this “technique” has been widely used, with thousands of irregular content of notifications pointing to the domain googlevideo.com. The links usually have the “source = youtube” or “source = drive” markup, which suggests that Google Drive has also been used for the same purpose.

By using Google’s infrastructure for free through YouTube, illegal video streaming sites are likely to make even more money. In some cases, they even display “googlevideos.com” as one of the available font options. Sought by TorrentFreak, however, still, the tech giant Google did not comment on the case.
